Meridian started when our founding partners left Big Four consulting to build something different. They'd seen too many engagements end with a binder of recommendations and no one to help execute them.
So they built a practice model around staying power. Every client gets a named partner. Every engagement includes execution support. Every recommendation comes with a plan to measure whether it worked.
